Referral Terms & Conditions

Eligibility for Payment: The £100 referral fee is payable only upon the successful legal completion of the property purchase by DVR Homes Ltd. No fee is due for properties that are reviewed but not purchased.

Duplicate Referrals: In the event that the same property is referred by multiple individuals, the fee will be paid to the person who submitted the lead through our website first.

Existing Knowledge: DVR Homes Ltd reserves the right to decline a referral fee if the property is already listed on the open market (Rightmove/Zoopla) or if we are already in active negotiations with the owner prior to your submission.
